  • Tailored to Your Needs: We offer a standard shipping rate to all local areas in South Africa ensuring your shopping experience is as cost-effective as possible. Our rates are thoughtfully calculated based on your specific location and the size of your order, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Clear Communication: At checkout, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs, so there are no surprises. We believe in clear and upfront communication regarding all charges.

2. Delivery Times

  • Local Deliveries (South Africa): We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, orders within South Africa arrive within 2-7 business days, making your wait for pleasure short and sweet.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Stay Informed: Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to stay informed about your order’s status and estimated arrival, giving you peace of mind and excitement as you await your purchase.

4. Packaging

  • Discretion and Privacy: We understand the intimate nature of our products, and we respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents, ensuring that your intimate purchases remain your private affair.

Returns & Exchanges

Understanding Our Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns Not Permitted

  • Health and Safety First: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. 4Play Mats are designed to come into contact with body parts and fluids. Consequently, once they are shipped, they are considered used and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Exchanges Not Permitted

  • Consistent with Our Health Standards: Similarly, we cannot offer exchanges on our products. As with returns, the intimate nature of 4Play Mats means that once they are shipped, they are considered used and non-exchangeable.

 

Exceptions to Our Exchange Policy

  • Defective Products: If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us immediately at sales@4playmats.co.za. Provide details of the product, a picture, and the nature of the defect for us to assist you promptly.
  • Incorrect Orders: In the event you receive a 4Play Mat that is a different size and/or colour than what you ordered, please contact us at sales@4playmats.co.za with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions to return the incorrect 4Play Mat. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will ship you the correct 4Play Mat at no additional cost.
